Quick Actions

Getting Started

New Students

After being admitted and paying the confirmation fee, your student account is created within approximately three business days. Once your account is active, access Banner to receive your university email address, use the my password portal to reset your password, then sign in to MyCAU to enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access campus systems. Refer to the Admitted Student Checklist on the Admissions site for official next steps.

Current Students

Current students can use OIT services to access academic systems, manage accounts, reset passwords, and get support with Canvas, email, and other technology used throughout the semester.

Faculty & Staff

Faculty and staff rely on OIT for access to instructional tools, administrative systems, network services, and technology support that enable teaching, learning, and university operations.

Key Systems

Clark Atlanta University relies on several core technology systems to support academic and administrative activities. These include MyCAU for accessing campus applications and services, Banner for student and administrative records, Canvas for course delivery and learning activities, Microsoft Outlook Email for university communication, and VPN for secure remote access to campus resources for faculty and staff.
