OIT Client Services team provides technology support for the Clark Atlanta University community, including students, faculty, staff, and institutional partners. Our team delivers responsive, customer-focused assistance to help ensure reliable access to essential digital tools and services across campus.

Walk-In Support

Visit our walk-in support center for immediate assistance with your technology needs.

What to Expect:
• Our Walk-in Support technician will assist you to the best of their ability
• Receive next steps and guidance as needed
• During high-volume periods, wait times may increase

How to Submit a Support Ticket

Please allow up to 48 hours for OIT to respond to your support request. During periods of high volume, response times may vary. Urgent issues are prioritized based on impact to campus operations.

✓ Collect the necessary information 
✓ Create a support ticket on your behalf 
✓ Provide you with a ticket number for tracking
