The mission of the Division of Finance and Business Services is to provide dynamic and efficient management of financial resources and accounting services on behalf of the University for our diverse constituents.
Implementation of the Mission
This mission is accomplished with effective quality performance in a technologically enhanced, professional, and service-oriented manner to protect the fiscal soundness of the University through long-term financial planning and analysis; balanced annual operating and capital budgets; managed business policies and processes in compliance with regulatory, social, and ethical integrity; and oversight of financial controls, external audits, and reporting.
Vision Statement
The Division of Finance and Business Services will maximize the University’s return on investments, treasury management and net revenue by providing cost effective and efficient financial support services in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and regulations.

Accounts Payable
The mission of the Accounts Payable department is to process and disburse non-payroll funds to University consituents and vendors in compliance with federal, state, and University policies.

Financial and Budget Planning
The Mission of the Financial Planning and Budget Office is to prepare, maintain, monitor, and report on all annual institutional, assist budget staff and administrative heads of colleges, schools, and other institute units in executing the approved annual budgets.
