The Student Transformation pillar focuses on our students benefitting from a world-class experience that enriches every facet of their lives, encompassing both their academic and extracurricular pursuits.
The Academic Transformation pillar emphases on enhancing the support for our faculty, promote the intellectual development of our students, and reinforce our dedication to innovation, research, and scholarship within the academic enterprise.
The Institutional Transformation pillar is centered around paving a way to create a robust path for institution to attain its strategic goals and objectives in a manner that is both efficient and effective, while also ensuring accountability.
The Financial Transformation pillar is focused on the diversification of revenue streams and revamp the processes for making collective and strategic decisions within the institution.

The Strategic Planning Steering Committee, in conjunction with several university stakeholders, oversees the tracking of key performance metrics associated with each pillar of the Destination 2028 initiative. These indicators aid in evaluating the extent to which the implementation of the strategy is generating outcomes for the University. The data pertaining to these indicators undergo regular updates, with a minimum frequency of once per year.
