Fun Fact: I have had the privilege of visiting 25 different states and 7 different countries, which has always been a source of enjoyment for me. Beijing, China was the most extraordinary destination I have encountered thus far. At one point, I entertained the notion of temporarily relocating due to the indelible experiences of the culture, cuisine, and individuals in China.

Fun Fact:  I spent a year teaching English as a Foreign Language to elementary and middle school students in South Korea after college. Immersing myself in the local culture, I eagerly tried various traditional dishes, from kimchi to bibimbap, and even mastered making some of them. By participating in cultural festivals, I gained a profound appreciation for Korean customs and traditions. The highlight of my experience was sharing these moments with my students, who delighted in teaching me about their favorite foods and cultural practices. This exchange not only enriched my understanding of Korean culture but also strengthened my bond with my students.
