Bio: Sean S. Warner is a tenured Professor of Educational Leadership at Clark Atlanta University. He earned his doctorate in education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to joining CAU as Dean of the School of Education, he served as department chair at Norfolk State University and Dean at Grambling State University. Dr. Warner teaches doctoral courses, chairs dissertation committees, and leads a multi-million dollar NSF initiative to increase the African American and Latinx STEM teacher workforce in Georgia. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Educational Justice Journal. His research focuses on higher education governance, policy, and culturally responsive leadership.
