Bio: Dr. Omar Estrada Torres is a higher education leader and student affairs expert with extensive experience in student conduct, equity, and institutional policy. He earned his Doctor of Education from Northeastern University and has held senior leadership roles at institutions including Clark Atlanta University and SUNY Old Westbury. Currently serving as Student Conduct Practice Lead at Grand River Solutions, he advises colleges on equitable conduct practices and Title IX compliance. Dr. Torres is an experienced educator, consultant, and presenter whose work focuses on student success, ethical campus climates, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
