She serves as Program Director and Department Chair of Counselor Education at Clark Atlanta University. A Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, she specializes in counselor preparation, leadership, and innovative pedagogy. Dr. Giddings has secured major grants, published widely, and presented nationally on counseling and education. Her work emphasizes student success, equity, and professional development. With decades of service, she is dedicated to mentoring future counselors and advancing impactful practices in education and community engagement.
