Bio: Dr. Cha’Ke’Sha Spencer is a seasoned counselor with over 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy across residential, inpatient, crisis, and private practice settings. She specializes in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, using CBT and DBT approaches. Dr. Spencer has presented research nationally and received multiple awards, including the ACES Graduate Student Grant. Her research focuses on African American wellness, trauma, ethics, and culturally competent supervision. She is the owner of Grace Anthony Counseling and actively contributes to professional organizations and leadership initiatives in counseling.
