Students can manage their financial aid process securely online via BannerWeb. Your BannerWeb UserID and PIN are provided in your admissions packet.
Helping make CAU affordable is a top priority. Our Tuition Payment Plan is offered to students each semester to assist in paying the remaining balance for the current semester.
At CAU, we do not have dormitories; we have Residence Halls! Why residence halls and not dorms? Dorm comes from the Latin word "dormus" which means "to sleep." We want our students to get more than just a good night's sleep out of the campus living experience.

Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine.
All first-year students living on campus are required to have the Panther Platinum Unlimited Plan. Freshman cannot cancel or change their meal plan.

All students are required to submit a completed Report of Immunization form.
Health InsuranceUnited Healthcare Student Resources is the administrator of the university’s student health insurance for 2016-2017. All full-time undergraduate students, graduate students residing on campus, and international students with an F1 or J1 visa are required to have health insurance. Students with comparable insurance coverage from another source may opt out of the university’s student health insurance plan by applying for a waiver at www.studentcenter.uhcsr.com/cau. The waiver portal will open July 1, 2016 through August 30, 2016. Athletes are not eligible to waive the university’s plan.
Students who waive in the fall are not required to waive again in the spring. However, students who fail to waive by the August 30th deadline will have an opportunity to waive prior to spring semester

Clark Atlanta University is a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) and NCAA Division II.
Opportunities for cultural enrichment are available to CAU students. Presentations by distinguished actors and speakers, theatrical productions, concerts, and other events are coordinated through the Office of Leadership and Student Development, the SGA, and other University departments. Students are encouraged to join one of the University's performing arts groups, including the Philharmonic Society, the Jazz Band, or the Marching and Concert Bands.
Students are provided with educational experiences beyond the classroom. Our programs and student activities give opportunities for leadership development and self-realization.
The recreational and intramural program offer opportunities for residential and commuter students. The programs include intramural basketball, softball, and volleyball, as well as aerobics and Tai Chi.
Directed by the University Chaplain, the Office of Religious Life seeks to foster a university culture of increased spiritual awareness and respect for diverse faith traditions supported by an intellectual, cultural, and socially curious environment guided by sound, moral, and theological values. We work to provide the theology, counseling, programming, and opportunities for spiritual formation to the entire university community.
Students publish a monthly University newspaper and a yearbook which reflect student opinion. These publications are produced under the advisorship of the faculty and without administrative censorship. Student publications provide practical experience in journalism.
