## Overview

The Student Success Project (SSP) is an initiative supported by the Office of Title III, and the Office of the Provost. The SSP is committed to supporting students on their academic journey at Clark Atlanta University. Students have access to **Student Success Coaching, in-person tutoring at our Student Success Center, virtual tutoring through your CANVAS classes with tutor.com, empowerment workshops, academic success planning, Athletic Support Services, and referrals to the Office of Counseling and Accessibility Services**. Students are encouraged to take advantage of these resources early and throughout the semester to strengthen their academic skills, stay on track, and achieve their goals.

Welcome to the **Student Success Project**, located in Clark Atlanta University’s new **Title III-funded Student Success Center**—a space designed to help you strengthen your academic skills, build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve your goals.

Whether you are working toward a higher grade, developing stronger study habits, improving your writing, preparing for an important assignment, or simply looking for encouragement and accountability, **you do not have to navigate your academic journey alone**.

Take advantage of the resources created to support your success:

- **Tutoring** to strengthen course knowledge and academic skills
- **Student Success Coaching** to help you set goals, stay accountable, manage your time, and develop strategies for success
- **Writing Center** support to help you become a more confident and effective writer
- **Empowerment Workshops** that provide practical tools, motivation, and strategies to help you thrive academically and personally

The Student Success Center is more than a place to receive assistance—it is a place to **prepare, practice, grow, and achieve**. We encourage you to use these resources early, use them often, and make them part of your personal strategy for success.

## **Tutoring Information**

Scheduling in-person tutoring is easy, to register with CAU Campus tutors with this link to make appointments or feel free to drop-in the Student Success Center Room 108 for assistance. In-person tutoring begins September 1st.
