Inclement Weather Statement

Dear CAU Family, 

The Governor of the State of Georgia has called for a delayed start of all state offices tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16, 2021 due to inclement weather. Road conditions are expected to be hazardous in the early morning hours for all motorists due to ice. 

The AUCC Inclement Weather Committee has made the following decisions to ensure the safety of its campus communities: 

• All AUC campuses will have a delayed opening. Campus activities will begin at 10:00 a.m. 
• Non-essential employees working on campus should telework or report to campus at 10:00 am. 
• All classes will be held virtually at their regularly scheduled times, including all classes originally scheduled to take place in person. 
• Student COVID-19 Testing will take place between 10:00am – 4:00pm, in the Bishop Henderson Student Center Baranco Multipurpose Room (3rd Floor). 

All persons coming to campus are advised to exercise extreme caution on the roadways due to expected icy conditions. 

Be safe and continue to follow all COVID-19 protocols.
