Clark Atlanta University to Host Inaugural Fall 2020 Virtual Graduate Fair


Clark Atlanta University (September 29, 2020) – ATLANTA, GA – Clark Atlanta University (CAU) continues its legacy of paving the way for African-American students through the hosting of its inaugural Fall 2020 Virtual Graduate Fair.  The event kicks off on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

The graduate fair is free to students and alumni, allows students interested in furthering their education to connect with some of the best graduate school programs and scholars in the country.  Clark Atlanta University, whose parent institutions were Atlanta University and Clark College is the first University to award graduate degrees to African-American students. In keeping with the university’s rich legacy of higher education, the fair has been coordinated with that legacy in mind and has attracted representatives from several outstanding colleges and universities.   

“I am excited about Clark Atlanta University’s plans to host its first virtual graduate fair.  This event brings some of the best colleges and universities together on one platform to showcase their programs,” said Cherise Peters, Associate Vice President and Dean of Graduate Admissions. “This fair connects and creates invaluable networking opportunities for students and alumni. I am proud to say some of the best scholars in the world of academia will be right here at Clark Atlanta University.”

Registration for institutions, students and alumni began Thursday, September 24, 2020. Students and alumni should click the virtual grad fair link CAUVirtualGradFair to register or visit our website at   Institutions interested in participating in the fair should register for the event by clinking the link and remitting the $75.00 participation fee.
