New students and Future students

The Health Professions Advising Unit (HPAU) serves all Clark Atlanta University (CAU) undergraduates and graduate students pursuing any health profession.  Advisors use a holistic approach while providing support and feedback during academic and application preparation. We encourage students to be proactive and reflective during their career decision-making.

It is important for you to register with HPAU if you are interested in pursuing a health profession. Please be aware that by self-identifying as a pre-health student and registering with our office, you are not committing to a career or major. By letting us know you are interested in a future health profession, we will have a better sense of how many students plan to go into each field and use that information to guide future programming.

We appreciate you taking the time to fill out this short registration form (insert link).  To schedule an appointment with HPAU click here.  If you would like to learn more about certain health professions, have general feedback, or if you have a question, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (404) 880-6279 or email us at healthprofessions@cau.edu.
