Title III Program Administration (Activity 01)

Abstract

The administrative oversight for Clark Atlanta University's Title III program ensures that all program activities comply with applicable rules and regulations. The management tasks include the monitoring of program activities, reviewing and approving fiscal expenditures, preparing required reports and acting as the liaison between the University and the U.S. Department of Education.

Objectives

• To strengthen institutional knowledge of Title III Program Activities by expanding communications regarding Title III activity milestones campus-wide;
• To monitor activities' progress toward the achievement of specific measurable objectives; and
• To ensure consistent and complete adherence to all Federal regulations and institutional policies.
