Paul Brown is a professor of Supply Chain Management and Decision Sciences at Clark Atlanta University. He is the founder and faculty coordinator for CAU’s Supply Chain Management program. More than 60 students have graduated with a degree in SCM since the program’s inception five years ago. 

Paul’s research focuses on supply chain management related innovations and the implementation of information technology. He has published in Information Management Journal and Project Management Journal and presented research at Institute of Supply Management Research and Teaching Symposium, Decision Sciences Institute National Meeting, INFORMS, and Information Resource Management Association. 

He teaches Supply Chain Management, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Management, Statistics, and Production and Operations Management. 

He earned his Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. 

He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, Alpha Iota Delta National Honor Society, Institute of Supply Management and Decision Science Institute. Paul has won the Langston Hughes Award for Outstanding Masters/Doctoral Student at Georgia State University, KPMG Doctoral Scholar Award and Outstanding Teaching Award in Decision Sciences. 

He has worked in management positions with AT&T, Xerox, and U.S. State Department.
