Program Overview
The Leadership and Professional Development Program seeks to provide
undergraduate and graduate students quality leadership and professional
development training by coordinating programs that complement the LPD
curriculum. LPD seeks to identify and teach students the competencies
associated with effective leadership. LPD also provides opportunities
for students to examine their personal values, beliefs and opinions,
partake in career exploration, and develop skills needed to succeed in a
global and diverse workforce.
