Incoming Mail

First-Class and standard mail are picked up by 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Monday - Friday from the United States Post Office (Morris Brown Office). All mail items are sorted and distributed to students, faculty and staff mailboxes. This process is generally completed by 2:00 p.m. daily. The time allotted for mail distribution may be extended due to a large volume of mail received on days preceding a holiday. A notice will be placed in the P.O. Box to inform you of any items that are too large to fit into your campus box. This mail does not require a signature.

Accountable Mail

An e-mail notification will be sent for package(s) that require a signature, regardless of size. US Postal Service Express, delivery confirmation, certified, registered letters and packages, Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Airborne Express and DHL letters and packages require a signature. These items have tracking numbers and are considered accountable.
