This university-wide orientation is required for all incoming graduate students.
The orientation will introduce new and transfer graduate students to Clark Atlanta University’s key units, policies, and resources, as well as provide opportunities for students to engage representatives from the offices of the President and Provost, academic departments, Graduate Programs, Enrollment Services units, Student Affairs, International Programs, Campus Services, and more.
New Graduate Student Orientation will also introduce students to an array of available services, including academic support within the Dr. Bettye M. Clark Graduate Resource Center, student physical and mental health resources, career and professional development, and campus safety.
By the day’s end, orientation attendees will have had opportunities to:
- Meet with faculty advisors;
- Register for courses;
- Enroll (financially) for the fall 2018 semester;
- Obtain student IDs (Panther Paw Card);
- Engage current graduate students; and
- Tour the campus
