Q. How do I know if I am enrolled?

A. You can check your enrollment status by logging into bannerweb: click on Student Services and Financial Aid; click on Student Records; click on Enrollment Status. If you should have any questions regarding your enrollment status, you should call the Student Accounts Office at 404.880.8033.


Q. How do I know if I my refund has been processed?

A.
You can check your refund status by logging into bannerweb: click on Student Services and Financial Aid; click on Student Records; click on Account Detail for Term; if you see the word Manual Refund or Refund in the charge column then your refund has been processed.


Q. How do I know if I have a balance?

A.
You can check your balance by logging into bannerweb; click on Student Services and Financial Aid; click on Student Records; click on Account Detail for Term.


Q. What do I do if I am a third party student?

A. If a donor or sponsor is covering your charges and needs an invoice to be sent to them, it is the student's responsibility to inform the Office of Student Accounts. To accurately process your paperwork, we ask that you forward the offer letter from your sponsor or donor, detailing what they are covering. We ask that all offer letters be forwarded in a timely matter to ensure financial enrollment. Offer letters can be sent or fax to:
