Head Football Coach
Ted Bahhur

Ted Bahhur begins his third season as Head Coach of the Clark Atlanta University Panthers. After a 3-7 finish in first year and a 5-5 mark in 2006, all indications point to a program that is headed in the right direction.

Prior to his appointment as CAU Head Coach, Bahhur served as the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator for Tuskegee University for two seasons. In 2002, he served as head coach for the newly formed football program at Georgia State University. In that capacity, he led his team to an impressive 5-2 inaugural season.

In the four years prior to the Georgia State assignment, Bahhur was in his first stint at CAU as the running backs coach. He came to CAU after one year of similar duty with Baker University in Baldwin, Kansas. Bahhur was introduced to the coaching profession when he served as a student assistant at Kent State University for six years.

Coach Bahhur is a member of the American Football Coaches Association and earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State in 1992. He and his wife Sandy live in Atlanta with their three children, Zayd, Tawfiq and Dean.
