Where can students study abroad?
- Almost anywhere in the world.
- Our students have studied
in Australia, Belgium, Belize, Chile, China, Costa Rica, the
Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt,
England, France, Ghana, India, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan,
Kenya, Martinique, Mexico, Namibia, Netherlands, Puerto Rico,
Senegal, South Africa, Spain, Tanzania, Thailand, and Venezuela.
Are there any scholarships
to study abroad?
- Many students have received
external scholarship awards. Although CAU has not established
a scholarship program for students studying abroad, it does allow
students with institutional scholarships to use them for this
purpose. Student federal financial aid may be used to finance
the entire study abroad experience.
Does one need to be proficient
in a foreign language if one hopes to study abroad?
- No. Only foreign language
majors are required to complete the intermediate level of the
language, in which they are majoring, before studying abroad.
Other majors must meet the criteria established by the sponsoring
institution.
Qualifications:
- Students must have at least
a 2.5 GPA and be in good social standing at CAU.
- Students must meet all qualifications
established by the sponsoring program.
