Students can
either:
- Follow the
four-year course schedule for the B.S. in Engineering program
and graduate in four years a bachelors degree in engineering
from Clark Atlanta University with a specialization in civil,
mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering, or
- Follow the
four-year course schedule in the B.S. in Engineering program
for three years and transfer to Georgia Tech or any of the other
DDEP participating institutions for two years to pursue a designated
engineering degree in diverse fields such as electrical, civil,
mechanical, chemical, aeronautical, etc. These students will
receive an engineering degree from CAU upon completion of the
approved requirements at both institutions.
The course
schedules and course descriptions for the 4-year engineering
degree program and course electives in civil, mechanical, electrical,
and chemical engineering are given below.
SAMPLE PLAN
OF STUDY
The following
outlines illustrate ways in which courses may be arranged for
the Bachelor of Science engineering. These are suggested study
plans, not mandatory ones.
