The Center for Entrepreneurship

The Clark Atlanta University's Center for Entrepreneurship was created in 1992 to enhance awareness and understanding of small business development and innovation. The Center has two components: 1) to provide an academic curriculum for participants seeking a degree with an entrepreneurial emphasis; and 2) to conduct executive education on minority business development for those not seeking a degree.

The Center has designed a series of programs whereby students, faculty and the business community can exchange information with leading minority entrepreneurs and executives. Through these programs, the Center will provide students with the core values and skills necessary to compete effectively within the changing business environment.

Active participatory learning is emphasized. Students serve as residents with successful entrepreneurs, develop business plans, and assist in case study development and data compilation.

To inquire about current activities and programs, contact the Center at (404) 880-8451.
