Web Time Entry
The Web Time Entry is an electronic method of reporting hours worked for hourly staff and students. The Web Time Entry system allows students and staff to individually log onto the Clark Atlanta University secure website to enter time online from any computer anywhere. The time is then approved online by the campus supervisor or approver and sent electronically to Payroll for processing. This will eliminate the paper that is currently submitted to Payroll. Financial Aid will be able to view the timesheets of students in the Federal Work Study program but they will not have access to make changes.
The advantages of Web Time Entry includes a reduction of errors, employee empowerment, reduction of lost time sheets, reduction of paper and finally, access to time sheets anywhere and anytime.
