Lost or Stolen Cards

No Problem! A Lost or stolen PAW Card should be immediately reported to the Panther PAW Office at 404-880-8PAW (8729). After hours, you can report a lost or stolen card to Public Safety at 404-880-8623. Once you report your lost or stolen card, it will be deactivated, blocking the unauthorized use of your accounts. Replacement cards are issued from the Panther PAW Office at any time during business hours. Business hours are 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. There is a fee for all replacement cards (lost, stolen or damaged).

Lost or stolen Money Network Check:  Call Money Network Customer Service to report your lost or stolen checks at 1-800-822-4283.  A Money Network Customer Service Representative will research the Check’s status to confirm that it has not been cashed and will restore the funds to your Account.  If additional time is required to research the Check’s status, please allow up to 30 days to restore the Check amount to your Account.
