Lucille Maugé, the chief compliance officer at Clark Atlanta University since 2006, has been named vice president for Business and Finance, effective March 8, 2010.

CAU President Carlton E. Brown said, “Ms. Maugé has served the university in an exemplary manner, developing new policies and procedures to assure compliance with federal, state and university requirements.
