Mr. Williams recently retired from the
position of Vice President of Finance and Planning and Vice President for
Finance, Delphi, Europe, Middle East and Africa, having previously served in a
number of senior level positions with the Delphi Corporation and the General
Motors Powertrain Division. In 1997, he established the Doris F. Williams
Memorial Scholarship Fund, awarding scholarship monies to minority students
attending four-year colleges or universities. Recipient of the Powell
William Holly Alumnus of the Year award in 1997, he is also a member of
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, National Association of Black Accountants and
National Black MBA Association. Mr. Williams received the Bachelor of Arts
degree in Finance and Accounting from Clark Atlanta University and Master of
Arts in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount
Pleasant, Michigan.
