Please print and fill out this form when returning items to Public Safety.
Public Safety is open 24 hours a day.
These
are just a few of the types of items we are holding in Safe Keeping at
the Department of Public Safety. The Department of Public Safety shall
only hold items for twenty-four (24) hours, after which, the items will
be delivered to Student Affairs for safe keeping.
You must be able to show proof of ownership in order to claim the item (s).
