A customer service representative will be available until 10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. You can also make customer service requests on the World Wide Web.
To place a service request on the web, simply click on the URL: http://www.mac-gray.com On the upper left of the page, click the "customer service" link and then click on the words "service request" in the middle of the page. Our customer service form will appear. Complete the form and scroll down and click the "submit" button. Your service request will be on the desk of our service director in a matter of seconds.
